Judge, the proof is in the pudding. When I need a professional; whether it is a lawyer, physician, etc, I want the best I can find. I want to know their credentials and their accomplishments. It is shameful, but people spend more time shopping for a car than they do shopping for a person to represent them in Congress or the White House. While it is true that no single person could have experience in every issue that comes before Congress or the WH, but if a person is running on the issue of jobs, I want to know how many jobs that person created. What experiences have they regarding social issues they advocate? As a judge and an attorney, you know all too well that anyone can give a lot of rhetoric and some can speak it very well – well enough to sell the masses ocean front property in Arizona. People need to understand life is not a bed of roses. You have to take responsibility and make your way (just as your parents made their way). Above all people need to realize that some things are bigger than any one person or group; for example: the Constitution of the United States. It is that Constitution that gives us the right to make our way as individuals.
